Supporting climate-resilient health systems in India

The India Health and Climate Resilience Fund is working to strengthen public health systems while considering climate vulnerabilities.

Launched in 2020 with backing from the Blockchain for impact, The India Health and Climate Resilience Fund (IHCRF) is dedicated to building climate-resilient public health systems in India, focusing on readiness for pandemics like COVID-19. The IHCR Fund is also associated with the India Health and Climate Resilience Fellowship Programme, which focuses on addressing issues of poverty, public health, and climate resilience through capacity building in Human-Centered Design (HCD), a deep understanding of the social and commercial determinants of health outcomes, MEAL, health communications and advocacy, gender and power theory and appropriate technology.
