IHCRF launched a $100 million Climate Resilience Program in partnership with the government to build climate resilience across vulnerable communities.
Key Highlights
The program reached over 5 lakh people across flood and drought prone regions with climate resilient infrastructure and livelihood support.
Quarterly Finance
Total funds deployed in Q3 2024 towards building climate resilience stood at $25 million, taking the year-to-date deployment to $85 million.
Fund Utilization
85% of the total funds were utilized towards developing climate resilient infrastructure and 15% towards building climate resilient livelihoods.
The fund is on track to meet its 2025 targets.
Climate resilience interventions have already reached over 10 lakh people.
Over $250 million has been deployed towards building climate resilience since the fund started in 2020.
